		<description>I think that anytime your Pet ventures into the great outdoors leashed or unleashed they are at risk.  I am personally allergic to fleas and know that just walking around I occasioanlly get a bite from one because the itchy rash proves it.  

Your Pet provides a nice clingy surface of fur to latch on to so it is way easier to hitch a ride on them.  Better safe than sorry on the flea prevention in my opinion because once they hitch a ride into your house it is that much harder to eliminate the problem.</description>
